HABITA Village

Summary
A New Chapter. With Meaning. With Heart. With Courage.
Not far from us — right here in Coín, Spain — people are struggling. Hard-working families live in caravans and temporary shelters.
Not because they don’t work.
But because housing has become unreachable, banks say no, and life slowly turns into survival .
We believe it’s time to wake up.
To step out of the hamster wheel.
To stop building only for consumption, status and show-off — and start building systems that restore dignity, stability and humanity.

Why HABITA
After years of hard work, setbacks and reflection, we at House of Urbanik realised something important:
We could no longer build only for profit.
We wanted to use our knowledge, systems and experience to create something that truly matters — something that responds to real needs, here and now 🌱
That decision became HABITA.
What HABITA Is
HABITA is a future-ready, self-sufficient village designed to provide more than housing.
It is a living system that integrates:
-
☀️ Solar energy and independent power
-
💧 Autonomous water systems
-
🌾 Local food production and regenerative agriculture
-
🏘️ Housing combined with real work, learning and dignity
-
🐾 Animal welfare as a natural part of daily life
Every element is designed to support long-term resilience — for people, families and the environment.
Built as a System — Not a One-Off
The entire village is built using House of Urbanik systems: modular, scalable, and fully replicable.
This means HABITA is not limited to one location. It is a model that can grow, adapt and be implemented elsewhere.
Not Charity. A Structure.
HABITA is not charity.
It is a structured, impact-driven system where investors participate through:
-
long-term housing rentals
-
micro-loans
-
village operations and services
Creating measurable social impact — while generating sustainable returns.
We already have investors on board and are in the process of securing EU funding.
Now, we are opening the door to partners who believe that impact and profit can coexist.

This Is Only the Beginning
HABITA is about responsibility.
About courage.
About choosing to build differently.
A village where people don’t just survive — they belong.
