House of Urbanik Group
We are just House of Urbanik...
House of Urbanik is a family-owned, international design, architecture, and construction group, with its parent company operating across Europe and the USA. Through our regional branches and vertically integrated structure, we deliver projects with a level of control, efficiency, and reliability rarely found in the industry.
Founded in 2008, House of Urbanik has evolved into a multidisciplinary AEC group, combining architecture, design, engineering, production, and construction under one unified vision. Today, we collaborate with a global team of over 70 professionals, delivering residential, hospitality, and commercial projects of scale and complexity.
What sets us apart is ownership and control of the entire value chain.
House of Urbanik is also the owner of both a bespoke furniture manufacturing facility and a factory producing concrete, hybrid, and prefabricated building elements. This vertical integration allows us to manage design, production, logistics, pricing, and delivery internally — ensuring quality, predictability, and cost efficiency at every stage.
As a result, we are able to deliver the complete AEC-to-turnkey process — from architectural concept and BIM-driven engineering to manufacturing, construction, and fully finished, move-in-ready buildings. By controlling processes, supply chains, and production timelines, we reduce risk, shorten delivery times, and maintain full transparency for our clients.
With a second generation now joining the company, and proven capability to execute projects across multiple markets, we consider this not a peak — but the foundation for long-term growth.

House of Urbanik is a studio founded and led by Katrina Urbanik and Tom Urbanik.
Built over years of deliberate, hands-on work — quietly and with precision — the studio reflects a clear belief: architecture should be thoughtful, well-crafted, and accessible, not performative.
Katrina Urbanik is an architect and first-class honours art expert, with a multidisciplinary education spanning architecture, art, law, business, and digital development across London, Oxford, Warsaw, and Oslo. Her work is defined by clarity of vision and a refined sensitivity to form, context, and meaning.
Tom Urbanik brings a strong technical foundation, with academic training in IT networking and civil engineering. His approach combines engineering logic, digital systems, and construction expertise — ensuring that ideas are not only conceived with intelligence, but executed with precision and efficiency.
Together, they have shaped House of Urbanik as a practice that bridges design and delivery — closing the gap between concept and built reality. The studio operates at the intersection of architecture and construction, where streamlined processes, technical depth, and a distinct architectural language come together.
Rather than building for show, the focus remains on creating well-designed, enduring spaces that are genuinely attainable. A quiet, modern approach to living — rooted in proportion, materiality, and long-term value.
Every project is guided by experience, discipline, and a deep understanding of how to move from idea to execution without unnecessary complexity — allowing for efficient, cost-conscious delivery without compromising quality or character.
Today, House of Urbanik is recognised for its clarity, reliability, and speed of execution. Its work has received international recognition, including the AEC Excellence Awards and other industry distinctions.
At its core, the studio remains grounded in one principle:
to create intelligent architecture that serves people — thoughtfully, honestly, and with lasting value.

How we work
OUR BUSINESS MODEL
A smarter way to design and build

At House of Urbanik, we design and build architecture through a fully integrated, future-ready process.
Our work begins where many traditional workflows break down — at the intersection of design, technology, and execution. We operate within the AEC landscape using advanced BIM methodologies, AI-supported design systems, and real-time coordination to deliver projects faster, smarter, and with significantly fewer errors.
From the earliest concept stages, architecture, structure, and systems are developed simultaneously within a shared BIM environment. AI-assisted workflows help us detect clashes, optimize layouts, and refine solutions before they ever reach the construction site. This allows us to eliminate costly mistakes, reduce waste, and maintain full control over quality, timing, and budget.
What truly sets our process apart is that design does not stop at drawings. While the project is being designed, production begins in parallel. Building elements, construction systems, interiors, and custom furniture are coordinated and developed at the same time — not sequentially, but as one continuous chain. This synchronized approach connects architecture, construction, interiors, and product design into a single, coherent system.
Interior architecture and future-oriented furniture solutions are treated as an integral part of the building, not an afterthought. Materials, dimensions, systems, and details are aligned early, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a strong architectural identity throughout the entire project. Everything is designed to work together — technically, visually, and functionally.
By controlling the entire value chain — from concept and digital design to coordination, production, and execution — we are able to build faster, more affordably, and at a higher level of quality. Fewer intermediaries, fewer misunderstandings, and fewer revisions mean lower costs without compromising design integrity or performance. Speed comes from precision, not shortcuts.
This is not speculative future technology. It already exists — and we implement it today. House of Urbanik represents a fundamental shift in how architecture and construction are delivered. We believe the real disruption of the construction industry lies in integration, intelligence, and control — and that is exactly where we operate.
We do not adapt to outdated systems.
We build new ones.
