Set on a private plot overlooking the lake, the home is thoughtfully designed to embrace the beauty of its natural surroundings.
Clean lines, large panoramic windows, and an open layout create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, allowing natural light to flood the space and inviting the calming energy of the lake into every room.
The architectural concept pays homage to the timeless elegance of mid-century design, with a distinctly Scandinavian twist—simple yet sophisticated. Interiors will feature wood, stone, and linen textures, paired with soft neutral hues, muted pastels, and accents of terracotta and deep forest green for a cozy and modern feel.

The project arises from its implementation in the environment. The building unfolds through a very clear geometry, deviating from the concept of compact architecture.
This is more than a house—it's a sanctuary. A place where design, nature, and simplicity come together to create a lifestyle centered around balance, well-being, and quiet luxury.
