Subdued and set back from the pavement, the project extends backwards and creates exciting, green oases on several levels. The building's premises and already existing qualities provide opportunities to create a variety of rooms both outside and inside.
Two homes with different atmospheres and designs are the result of utilizing the existing structure to create functional and good spaces to stay in.
Each home has a private outdoor space with large window surfaces that let in light and establish smooth transitions between indoors and outdoors. The timeless expression is refined by, among other things, staying true to natural materials such as oak, copper, brick and granite.
Solid and durable materials have been used to continue the architectural heritage - so that the building remains a timeless classic.
