After more than 18 years of designing homes, interiors and masterplans for clients around the world, we have officially taken the first step towards something we've dreamed about for many years.

We have signed the agreement with the landowners.

And with that signature, a new chapter for House of Urbanik has begun.

Not simply another project.

Not another development.

But the beginning of creating places we truly believe the world needs.

Nestled in the hills just 15 minutes from Sotogrande, surrounded by protected nature, lakes and one of the most beautiful landscapes in Southern Spain, ORA Village is our vision for a new generation of communities.

Now we have the privilege of designing an entire way of living.
