When the beach plot on Nesøya finally came up for sale, the couple were able to build their dream house. On the hillside on Nesøya, the white brick house is located high up, with a panoramic view of the Oslo Fjord. The married couple Lars Erik Hoel and Betty-Ann Lyngberg Hoel had been looking at the beach plot for a long time. For many years they lived directly across the bay, overlooking the large undeveloped plot of land. And when one day it was put up for sale, they pounced. Finally had to they realize their dream house - a different house, adapted to their needs.
